Do you dare to role the dice?
DCTB made a competition where the goal was to make an artefact that could be sold on an auction, to collect money for breast cancer research. The artefact should make awareness about breast cancer.
The concept consists of 2 giant dice with a pictogram showing a torso of a naked woman. Some of the women only have one breast. If you role the dice there Is the same probability of the dice landing with 2 sides up where the women only have one breast as there is for women to get breast cancer, which Is one out of nine. 1. prize in the DCTB design competition 2006.
